La maison est dans une rue avec peu de passage. L'exposition permet de profiter de la terrasse car plutôt ombragée la journée. L'extérieur est agréable.Quelques petites améliorations pourraient être apportées telles qu'un grille-pain, un peu plus de vaisselle identique.Rien de rédhibitoire au final.
