Carefully decorated by the owner, this cozy two-person apartment is on the first floor above a room connected to the owner's home. To reach the flat, walk up a small staircase of 5 steps. The open space, with no door between the bedroom and living room, creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere. It is ideal for a relaxing stay, with all amenities at your fingertips and a warm, personal touch
The holiday home is beautifully rural on the edge of the polder, where you can enjoy peace, quiet, and expansive views. At the same time, the charming center of Bergen is within walking distance, with cozy terraces, boutiques, and art galleries. You can cycle to the beach in no time and breathe fresh air. Bergen is known for its artists' village and annual art market. In the surrounding area, you can take beautiful walking and cycling trips through the dunes and forests or explore historic towns and the city of Alkmaar
On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 20:00 hours at this holiday home
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
