Really lovely staff for check-in. We did not realise the reception is fully shut until 3pm, so we ended up sat outside but that wasn’t at fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of! There is a convenience store around the corner and is very close to the metro station. We found the location good and also affordable. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, slept well. Would definitely stay again if back in Berlin!

Really horrible hotel. Cheap feeling room, grubby, bare minimum, brothel vibes, wipe clean surfaces, fridge randomly planted in room, unmanned reception a lot of the time, really noisy at night. Overall awful, cheap but you can get a much nicer place for a bit more and central too

Helt okej hotell, kändes lite sketchy och var inte riktigt lika fräscht som på bilderna. Läget var kanon, s-bahn och u-bahn precis utanför. Madrasserna var väldigt obekväma, vi kände metallfjädrarna i sängen genom madrassen. Väldigt varmt och kvavt på rummet. Fanns shampoo och kroppstvål (I en pytteliten pappersförpacknin) så var tvungna att köpa duschtillbehör och tandkräm mm.

Attention, aucune réception avant 15h. Donc si vous arrivez avant, vous êtes pris à l'extérieur avec vos valises. La chambre est tres propre. Le netroyage n'est pas fait au quotidien. Pas de fer à repasser, ni planche, ni frigo. L'ascenseur qui donne vue sur lexterieur n'est pas climatisé. La dame à la reception est une perle, nous l'avons adorée. À l'écoute, prend le temps de nous orienter, de faire des recherches pour nous. Vraiment un gros merci!!!

Keine Klimaanlage, schlechter Service

Komfort: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage Service: Der Service Gedanke scheint da nicht angekommen zu sein. Wir standen kurz nach 23 Uhr vor dem Hotel und es war geschlossen. Weder Klingeln, noch telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Nach der Durchsicht der Buchungsmail ist uns aufgefallen, dass auf der letzten Seite im Kleingedruckten stabd, dass ein Checkin nach 23 Uhr nicht mehr möglich ist. Wir haben deshalb ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Das Hotel war nicht bereit uns auch nur etwas entgegenzukommen. Wir mussten sogar auch die CityTax 6Eur für den Tag bezahlen, an dem wir nicht da waren. Auf Nachfrage nach Kulanz haben wir dann nach einer langen Diskussion zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser bekommen. Die Rezeptionistin übergab uns das Wasser und verlangte sofort die CityTax, die angeblich noch zu bezahlen sind. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert, da kein Stück auf den Kunden eingegangen wird und auch keinerlei Servicegedanke existiert.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Beanstandungen/Wünsche werden sofort umgesetzt. Super Lage, direkt am Bhf Lichtenberg. Zimmer haben Schallschutzfenster - ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Man sieht dem Hotel das Alter an, es wird aber peu a peu renoviert. Preis/Leistung passen.

Rascher Check-in, Doppelbettzimmer war gebucht, Zweibettzimmer bekommen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Doppelbettzimmer zugeteilt, welches sich in der Größe unterschieden hat, daher haben wir uns doch für das Zweibettzimmer entschieden. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir einen Heizstrahler, da das Bad keine Heizung hat und wie man uns mitteilte, sei das Zimmer #48 bekannt dafür ist, dass die Heizung öfter ausfällt. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir von der Dame abends Eiswürfel. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im gesamten in Ordnung.

Sehr gute Lage , direkt am Bahnhof Lichtenberg. Man kann mit den Öffentlichen alles in Berlin erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut. die Betten sind sehr gut. Im Naßbereich der Dusche breitet sich der Schwarschimmel aus . Insbesondere hier muss grünlicher gereinigt werden Das Fernsehgerä ist sehr alt, und hatte schlechten Empfang, die dazugehörige Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht . Die Reklamation diesbezüglich, Schimmel und Fernsehgerät, fanden keine Beachtung. Wir hatten das Zimmer 39 !

Teppichböden im Flur, Treppenhaus, Frühstücksraum stark verschmutzt, ohne Bemühungen, diese durch Läufer zu kaschieren. Im Zimmer überall defekte Stellen, Vorhänge ungepflegt, abgebrochene Türhaken, Tischlampe defekt, fleckiges Stuhlpolster, Schimmel in Badkachelfugen durch Geruch wahrnehmbar. Starker Zigarettenrauchgestank im Flur trotz Nichtraucherhinweis usw.. Wir wahren froh, als wir weg waren.

Der gebotene Komfort reicht für eine Nacht aus, für längere Aufenthalte würde ich nicht unbedingt hier buchen wollen. S&U-Bahnhofsnähe sind vorteilhaft, auch die Nähe zum Tierpark (nur eine U-Station weiter) ist ein Pluspunkt. Die Busse Richtung Kreuzberg (z. B. U-Station Hermannplatz) verkehren häufig, fahren aber entsprechend lang. Wir haben kurzfristig was Günstiges gesucht und hier definitiv gefunden.

Sehr gut geeignet für den kurzen City-Trip

Mein Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten im Hotel Nova macht mir vor Beginn der Reise leichte Sorgen, da ich einige Rezensionen gelesen hatte, die nicht unbedingt allzu gutes vermuten ließen. Aber ich dachte mir: Für zwei Nächte wird es dicke reichen. Bei der Ankunft war ich positiv überrascht - direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, es besteht also eine super Anbindung an alle Öffentlichen, und sehr nettes Empfangspersonal. Auch das Zimmer - Einzelzimmer, oberstes Stockwerk - war völlig in Ordnung. Die Renovierung hätte man zwar etwas liebevoller bzw. genauer (überstreichen der Tapeten bis wirklich an die Ränder) machen können, aber ansonsten wirklich gut. Sauberes Bad, leider kein Shampoo vorhanden, nur ein Seifenspender, wo der Pumper auch nicht mehr perfekt funktionierte - aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Nun war es zum Zeitpunkt meiner Reise extrem heiß - so auch im Zimmer unterm Dach - Klima lief leider keine, dafür gab es einen Ventilator. Da ich mich tagsüber eh nicht im Zimmer aufgehalten habe und erst später abends wiederkam, habe ich einfach die beiden Dachfenster offen gelassen, sodass es bei meiner Rückkehr im Zimmer temperaturmäßig wirklich aushaltbar war. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass dies Leute ggf. stören könnte, wenn es nochmal solch einen Rekord-Sommer gibt. Auf jeden Fall würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen - das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Frühstück hatte ich keins, weswegen ich dies und die dafür vorgesehenen Räumlichkeiten nicht bewerten kann.

Hotel molto vicino alla s-banh , camera grande (due stanze + ingresso) abbastanza pulito ma con arredamenti datati. Alla ns segnalazione che l’ingresso aveva le luci fulminate ci è stata data il giorno dopo una lampada con la rassicurazione che sarebbero state rimesse a posto il giorno dopo, cosa che invece non è avvenuta. Personale accogliente e disponibile parla solo inglese. Tutto sommato buon hotel per chi non ha pretese.

Zimmer war nicht sauber Duschkopf verkalkt Fenster dreckig. Es hatte keine Klimaanlage wo ist im Internet steht Fenster defekt konnte kein rollo runter ziehen Aufhängung defekt Klein alten Röhrenfernseher ausden achtziger Jahre Bildqualität von den TV war miserabel das ist keine 3 Sterne Hotel Teppich im Treppenhaus ist total dreckig
