We had a fantastic stay at the Limehome. It has absolutely everything we needed, and the check in was smooth and easy despite it being a connected hotel. We would only recommend adding a set of firmer pillows as the ones on offer are barely filled. Otherwise, wonderful and spacious.

The public transport is very convenient, with bus outside the front door and underground five minutes walk away. There is a washroom with washing machines and dryer.

Kitchen and bathroom was clean and we were happy with what was provided in the kitchen. However, since we are a family of 4 staying, we were surprised that the sofa bed wasn’t pulled out. So we had to do this ourselves. We felt a bit disgusted that we had to pull out the sofa to find dirty sheets and pillows underneath with mystery spots and yellow stains. But we coped with this the whole stay because we did not mind sharing the 2 blankets provided on the double bed. The location of this place is very good and walking distances from many of Berlin’s popular destinations. We enjoyed our stay in Berlin and would recommend this place for couples.

This is my second time staying at this property. I really liked it the first time, the reason for returning, but liked it less this time. First, the little stove top that was in the apartment last year has gone. Now there's just a microwave and toaster. I previously used the stove top for a hot breakfast. Then the apartment was cold (it was freezing in Berlin) and the thermostats were unresponsive. I had a difficult time connecting with the 24/7 service. The message on WhatsApp said that it was not available and it took a day for someone to respond to an email. After two days heat was restored but in the meantime it was uncomfortable in the apartment. I don't think I'll be returning.

The look of the unit was nice. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Although they offered to relocate us, it was inconvenient with our travel schedule.

Very noisy area yet had to keep the window open all night to avoid the oppressive heating that has no means of control. Broken toilet seat, dirty bedding, constant dripping from shower and generally dated and unloved property. Wouldn't recommend!
