From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. Warm, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The design of the hotel is stunning, just as you’d expect from any Hoxton property around the world. Stylish, thoughtful, and full of character. A special thank you to Felix, the manager, whose hospitality truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt well taken care of. Lovely quiet leafy area within easy walking distance of main areas. Only downside was haughty barmaid. She asked for a tip when serving, we declined as we tip at the end of service so she sulked. Prepared our drinks but then left on tray on bar despite having said she would bring over. We collected our drinks and didnt leave any tip. Went to another bar instead.

Hoxton properties are all uniquely designed with a distinct hip vibe and located in off the beaten path but cool and eclectic neighborhoods. The staff was always accessible and helpful. Joining as a member comes with great perks and is well worth the price. A stay at a Hoxton property is a must do!

I had never stayed at a Hoxton Group hotel before so this was a first for me. However, now having stayed I can definitely say that I will return. A cool, chic vibe with really attentive, freindly and professional staff. Superb location and excellent food and drink. I would heartily recommend!

Great hotel in a nice location near Zoologischer S-Bahn statuon and U-bahn. Breakfast included and was excellent. Hot eggs, croissants, rustic bread, fresh mint tea, hot chocolate, all was excellent. Super friendly staff. Beautiful room with nice artwork, comfortable bed, great modern shower. Would stay again for sure. A/c worked great.

Stylish decor and really good location for transport links into the city centre. The breakfast naans were unreal - enjoyed these on the outdoor tables in the morning. Good drinks selection, as well. No room cleaning service for or entire stay unfortunately even though we were told cleaning would occur daily. Also, no iron in the room - quite disappointing.
