My word for the hotel would be `soulless: masses of people in too little space for them all. All dimensions to small. Breakfast dismal: a basket with three slices of bread and a plate with two strips of some kind of cheese. No one speaking either German or English that I could easily follow-- and in any case, if I want staff speaking broken English I can stay at home here in Cambridge

Great location, the hotel was walkable to the nearest train station. The room was spacious, the staff were helpful. The breakfast was a let down, we did have few days where the options were limited due to some issues with the kitchen

This is my second visit, after an impeccable experience last year I wanted to come back. Room was nice and staff overall very pleasant, bar manager was very confrontational after taking an order incorrectly. Otherwise great.

This is a hotel that suffers a total lack of customer care from the front desk to the housekeeping (no cleaning despite request) and the in -house tandoori restaurant (both in the evening and at breakfast). The rooms are barely furnished and not as described this website's description (no separate sitting area offered in initial Biggy room that was provided nor a real comprehension of why I was dissatisfied). At breakfast most items (even simple things like orange juice) werent available an hour before closing and I was only told that my meal couldnt be made after 20 minutes when my co-diners had already been given their food. No attempt was made to compensate me for them forgetting my clean room request and I wasnt even asked how my stay was during check-out.
