The beach villa invites groups and families to enjoy nature and comfort at the highest level. Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room fill the villa with natural light and create a unique connection to the surroundings—even indoors. The wraparound terrace lets you step outside from every room and enjoy the peaceful pine forest.
This spacious villa offers 165 m² of living space for up to 11 guests. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180-cm king-size bed and its own wardrobe; two bedrooms have direct balcony access. The wellness bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, freestanding bathtub, toilet, and bidet—a true retreat after a long day. There is also a separate guest WC on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, and dedicated workspace complete the amenities.
Enjoy the private garden, your own balcony, and three open terraces—the perfect setting for relaxing holidays.
