The apartment is well laid out and comfortable. Everything worked and we had a great stay. There are great countryside sunrise views from the large bathroom window and from the bedrooms. There’s a large open field with plenty of parking, a rarity in Bétera. There’s building is indeed a 4-5 minute walk to the Bétera Metro station, wth frequent service, roughly 30 minute intervals, into the center of València. Bétera has lots of cafes and some good restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk, plus stores and a Mercadona on the other side of the village. There’s walks nearby in the countryside.
