Tervetuloa 790B Salt Pond Circleyn! Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen koti sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja Bethany Beachin keskustasta. Itse kiinni mäntyjen keskuudessa, rauhallisella paikalla, runsaalla takakannella kesäloman viettoon. Kävele, polkupyörällä tai vain nouta rantavaunu kulmasta.

Astu sisään katetulta esiportaalta, ja sinua odottaa lämmin ja kirkas valo, jossa on perinteisiä huonekaluja olohuoneessa kuningatar-vuodesohvalla, viidelle plus kolme baarituolia lisäistuimia varten ja 46 tuuman Smart TV HD-kaapelilla ja WiFi.

Viihtyisä keittiö, täysin varustettu uusilla laitteilla, pesukonekaappi, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, oleskelutilasta poistuu terassille, jossa on piknikpöytä, suihku, ulkokalusteet ja grilli (puuhiili). Pääsy laajaan metsäiseen yhteisöpihalle on myös ensimmäisellä tasolla.

Kaksi makuuhuonetta ovat toisella tasolla; Toisessa parisänky, TV ja kylpyhuone suihkulla ja kylpyammeella ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, mukavat vuoteet ja jaettu kylpyhuone suihkulla ja kylpyammeella.

Tässä upeassa asuinkylässä on valtava uima-allas kiddie-uima-altaalla (avoinna vain muistopäivästä työpäivän viikonloppuna), koripallo, tenniskenttä ja piknik-alue, jossa on pari grillausta. Yhteisö sijaitsee Salt Pond -järven rannalla ja telakka kajakin tai kanootin käynnistämiseen. Yhteisön uima-altaan ja tenniksen käytöstä ei veloiteta lisämaksua, mutta uima-allaspassiin tarvitaan takuumaksu.

Meillä on kätevä "asunto" pysäköintikortti ilmaiseksi pysäköintiin Bethany Beachin keskustassa. Rivitalon edessä olevalle ajotielle mahtuu vain 2 ajoneuvoa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Bethany Beach Nature Center. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The house was comfortable and clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable, the towels and linens were an added surprise and very nice. The location is great, the pool is beautiful also and the pool facilities were nice. Parking is good, and it's walking distance from nice restaurants. It's a quiet pleasant neighborhood and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. We would return.

This house was perfect for our family of four. Everything was clean, necessities like hand soap were provided, there was a nice assortment of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the location quiet.It was easy to get to the Bethany Beach boardwalk from here (drive, walk, or take the trolley), and also a short drive to Fenwick Island State Park.I hope to stay here again next time we come to Delaware!

The house was neat, clean, good central location for various activities. Jimena was easy to communicate with and was willing to answer any questions. Unfortunately, Hurricane Erin ruined our plans for using BBQ, outdoor porch and the pool! Would definitely rent here again.

Beach with a Parking Pass

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Beach. The included parking pass was a great perk; i carry too much stuff to the beach to consider walking a mile or take the trolley. Among unlisted amenities, linens were included as well as a tandem kayak which unfortunately i never found the time to try. The mosquitos are vicious so we didn't eat out on the deck like we usually would have or paddle out in the bay.

Great stay

We stayed here for a week in July. The beds were comfortable and the owner had so much here for us it was so generous. From shampoo in the shower, to linens, to dish soap etc. Communication with her was so easy. The pool was very nice and easy to get to. We really enjoyed our stay here! Loved having a parking pass for town as well. Thanks for lending out your place to us!

And this was perfect. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The place was clean and had everything you would need for a longer stay. Only here for one evening while passing through, but would absolutely stay here again if coming to Bethany Beach.

Off Season Stay

Very well kept, clean and well stocked condo for our long weekend. The owner was available for our questions and very kind in making sure we had all we needed. Quick walk / drive to the beach off season (no trolley!) and lots of fun events to be a part of. Would most certainly stay here again!

Lovely Stay

The house was just as shown on VRBO. It was nicely furnished and was very comfortable for the four of us. Jimena was very responsive and great to work with. (Even when I was tired and hungry and couldn't get the tv to work) The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our evenings. Our bed was very comfortable. The community was very quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again and would recommend to others. Debbie

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It wasn't in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the beach, but we could get to the beach in just a few minutes driving or a short trolley ride. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and saw a couple of mama deer with their fawns daily! The kids were able to bunk in one room with the trundle beds. They loved having a TV in their room! The primary bedroom is a great size. 2 full bathrooms are very handy with a family of 5. The pool was just a short walk away, and it was a great place to spend some down time after the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed during the week. We enjoyed coffee on the deck most mornings. The outdoor shower was wonderful after spending time at the beach. The washer and dryer was very handy, too. We would definitely rent again!

Great Experience

Our 6 and 4 year old loved their bedroom with the twin beds. It’s so cute. The trolley pick up very convenient and fun for the kids. The parking pass made driving to the beach painless and convenient. We loved the extra touches such as the bag of cleaning and sanitizing products as well as the toothpaste. The master bed was very comfortable as was the rest of the house. The outdoor shower came in very handy after the beach. Jimena was a pleasure to communicate with and we would love to stay again. We highly recommend Cocolo Sushi, which was so delicious, convenient and the service was on point. Honey’s Farm Fresh Gourmet Kitchen was wonderful for breakfast. The kids loved it because you actually eat inside a real train. Captain Jack’s Pirate golf was a family favorite, but go at night because there’s no shade.
