Guests at the Broad Street Building enjoy access to a thoughtfully designed common area that’s perfect for unwinding and making memories. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by classic Adirondack chairs, for s’mores, stargazing, and late-night conversations. After a day on the mountain, soothe your muscles in the hot tub, or sip a drink at the outdoor bar area, ideal for casual evenings and après-ski vibes. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc. are not provided.

One air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom. Unit(s) operational from Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

Pets
Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.

Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing coffee/filters is recommended.

Outdoor Grill
The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village.
