The staff and the rooms were wonderful. You need a car to get anywhere. The included breakfast was great with lots of options. The food on the hotel restaurant menu was just okay. The food and drink choices on the 'free daily managers reception' were lacking.

Room was quiet, clean, well-appointed. Shower head was remarkable. Towels were large and fluffy. Breakfasts were exceptional - something for the carnivores and the vegetarians. Evening receptions were good. Staff greeted us each and every time we got off the elevator. Breakfast staff were happy, helpful and cheerful. Fitness centre was well equipped and easy to access - I was there every day. Parking adjacent to the facility was too and very expensive - but clean and safe. I'd stay there again if ever in North Bethesda again.

For some reason someone kept leaving trash outside of our door. My 9 year some was with me and someone put a large bottle of an empty alcoholic beverage right by our door, which my son saw when we were entering the room and ask why was it there. He knows I don’t drink so it was confusing for him. Also, when will you be adding any cable channels or access to streaming platforms on your TV’s? I stay with ES whenever I’m in town which is usually one a month and the channel selection is not the best. Besides that is was a great stay and excellent service from the young men at the front desk.

Room was clean. I requested more pillows & extra blanket and it was sent to the room quickly with no issues. Staff is excelente with the exception of the bartender, she was short and not very friendly. The breakfast was great and morning staff super friendly, helpful and super pleasant attitudes. My 2nd time here and I'll continue to come back. Thank you!
