Holiday apartment on a farm in Umbria.
The farm is located in the green heart of Italy: Umbria, to be precise in Passage of Bettona, only 15 km away from Perugia and close to some of the most characteristic art cities of the region such as Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio. The farm extends over 40 hectares, 10 of which are planted with olive groves and vineyards, the rest with arable land. The accommodation, recently built, is furnished with care and good taste down to the smallest detail.
It is enriched by a spectacular panorama that opens onto the valley from Perugia to Spoleto. From the windows facing Assisi, the alternation of morning mists, bright sun and fiery sunsets are able to give unique sensations.

Peace and relaxation will be the main ingredients that characterize an unforgettable holiday amidst the greenery, traditions, scents and pristine beauty of the characteristic Umbrian landscape. In the surrounding park, an enchanting salt water infinity pool built with natural stones, equipped with night lighting, will be able to create magical atmospheres on warm summer evenings. To frame the beautiful view of Assisi. The swimming pool is equipped with an independent professional hydromassage with water jets and blowers.

Wine and oil produced on the estate can be tasted on our table and purchased directly in the shop. The agritourism has a purely naturalistic area dedicated to farmyard animals. Typical restaurant with local, national and international products. The farmhouse can accommodate up to a maximum of 30/40 people.

This apartment:
is located on the ground floor 40 sq m. with access from the garden. In addition to the double bedroom which also has a sofa bed (for one person), in the other room there is another sofa bed (for two people).
Bathroom with shower located in the center of the apartment with an anteroom, so as to respect the privacy of the people who host the apartment.
