The property is a nice 3 star but clearly not a 4 star as posted on the building. We enjoyed the fact that it was an apartment, although a little outdated. However, no A/C. Its downtown location is perfect to walk to the beach, market and shopping areas.

TrÚs bon séjour dans cette résidence. Nous venons chaque année et nous sommes bien accueillis à chaque fois. Le personnel est souriant, les prestations sont sympas et nous venons avec plaisir.la météo était au rendez-vous et nous avons fait de belles balades !

A réserver en connaissance de cause

Residence tres bien placĂ©e si l'on veut ĂȘtre en plein centre de Biarritz et tout faire Ă  pied. Par contre pas de parking proposĂ© par la rĂ©sidence et trĂšs compliquĂ© de se garer: les rues adjacentes sont vite pleines et toutes payantes, donc un budget supplĂ©mentaire Ă  prendre en compte. Nous avions un appartement cĂŽtĂ© rue: la vue n'est autre qu'un vis-Ă -vis avec l'immeuble d'en face ( ce qui n est pas visible sur les photos du site) et malgrĂ© les fenĂȘtres double-vitrage certains moments peuvent ĂȘtre bruyants ( scooters dans la nuit du samedi, camion-poubelle Ă  6h du matin le lundi...) . Une rĂ©sidence qui n'est donc pas recommandeable pour les personnes en quĂȘte de quiĂ©tude mais parfaite pour les noctambules qui veulent profiter des animations de la ville.

Estuvimos en un apartamento ideal para familias, con cocina completamente equipada, literas y todo muy limpio. A un paso del centro, se puede visitar todo caminando. Lo Ășnico reseñable es que la zona azul de pago es carĂ­sima. El personal del hotel muy agradable.

Appartement spacieux mais vieillissant. A besoin d’une rĂ©novation urgente. Pour l’instant, ne mĂ©rite pas les 4 Ă©toiles. L’emplacement est vraiment central donc trĂšs bien. Rue peu passante donc appartement au calme. Parking Ă  dispo dans la rĂ©sidence 15€/jour sinon horodateur dans la rue. Attention peu de places dans la rue.
