Located in Biarritz between the port-vieux and the Basque coast in the villa Maria Elena, this 77 mÂČ apartment overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches on the Basque coast.

THE APARTMENT

The apartment is located on the third floor of a Basque building designed by Alphonse Bertrand, the famous architect behind the Villa Beltza a little further down the hill.
The apartment opens onto a pleasant living room with balcony and spectacular ocean view.
An independent, fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms. First, the master suite with its own shower room, toilet and balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and a dressing room (Child room). A shower room with toilet in the hallway completes the property.
