THE SETTING and THE AMBIANCE
The villa Les Pins is a family villa as we like them! Located in a quiet area and close to the centre of Biarritz, it has a large garden and space to welcome all your family in the greatest comfort.
Two couples can live in the outbuilding and enjoy greater autonomy, while two children's bedrooms are available upstairs. You will love to enjoy afternoons around the pool, sitting comfortably on the terrace or playing a game of ping-pong.


THE VILLA
The villa LES PINS is a newly renovated architect designed villa. It consists of a main house, an outbuilding and a lovely garden with a heated pool and terrace.
A large living room with a TV corner, a dining area and a kitchen takes up most of the ground floor. Designed with transparency and volume, this room is bright and friendly. In summer, the living room opens directly onto the terrace from which you can enjoy sunny lunches, forming a single living space.

THE BEDROOMS
The master suite is on the ground floor. You will access the parental space through a large dressing room, leading on the one hand to a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and on the other to a large double bedroom. The suite opens directly onto the garden.
Upstairs, there are two children's bedrooms with single beds and en-suite shower rooms, and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The outbuilding houses two further double suites, each with a shower area and basin.


PRACTICAL SIDE
The master suite and the two bedrooms in the outbuilding are equipped with air conditioning.
You can park 2 cars in the grounds of the property, note that it is also possible to park in front of the property.


WHAT WE LOVE
We love the kitchen, designed as the main element of the living area, nicely delimited by a glass roof. We also love the swimming corridor, and the terrace sheltered by pretty stretched canvas under which you can easily imagine yourself having a siesta on a summer afternoon.


THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The villa LES PINS is located in the Parc d'hiver, a quiet residential area, close to the town centre and all amenities. An ideal location away from the summer crowds in the heart of Biarritz. Allow 5 minutes by car to reach Biarritz and its beaches (allow a little more time in high season), or better still, rent a bike and enjoy a comfortable stay. You will be able to reach the beaches, restaurants and shops without any parking constraints, all in less than ten minutes.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals to the accommodation are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For all arrivals and departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee will be charged:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
From 10pm to midnight - 80€.
From midnight to 6am - €120
From 6am to 8am - €80

This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
