Large bay windows, double glazing and new electric shutters. 1 living room of 30m2 with fireplace and 1 sofa bed, internet access, 1 dining room, 2 bedroom with 140 cm beds, 1 pull-out bed: One large with fireplace gives to the sea side, the other smaller gives to the garden side. , 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. Free parking in front of the building from mid September to mid June. The municipal parking lot is very close 'Eugenie.'(75 € per week) see the possibilities with the town hall. Beautiful appartment In prime location

If it’s location you are looking for then this is the place for you. With 5 minutes walk to beach and 10 minites walk to all amenities this appartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My only small issue is the 2nd bedroom which is on the small side. But would highly recommend for a perfect Bairittz stay.

Instructions très claires pour accéder à la location. Appartement situé à 5 min de l'hyper centre, à 2 pas du rocher de la Vierge et de l'aquarium !! Proche commerces et restaurants et avec vue sur l'océan !! L'appartement est agréable, bien équipé, lumineux, le seul petit bémol est la 2ème chambre très sombre et un peu "humide" malgré le chauffage. Très bon séjour et région magnifique.

Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé

Appartement bien équipé, 2 chambres pour 5 couchages, une belle terrasse. Très bien situé proche de la plage du port vieux et du centre ville pour tout faire à pieds. Seul petit bémol : forte odeur d’humidité dans la petite chambre.

Séjour parfait

Excellent séjour dans ce logement. Nous avons apprécié la jouissance d'un espace extérieur et la jolie vue sur l'ocean. Tout se fait à pieds la côte des basques, le marché et la grande plage à 10 min à pieds environ. L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel déco un peu vieillotte mais ça c'est une affaire de goût et l'équipement pourrait être un peu modernisé. Je recommande cette location à quiconque souhaite séjourner en centre ville.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre petit séjour en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants) dans ce charmant appartement très bien situé (dans une ville splendide !) et propre. Le petit manuel d'accueil est très bien fait et répond à toutes les questions que l'on peut se poser. La propriétaire est facilement joignable et très gentille. Nous partagerons cette bonne adresse !

Ideale Lage

Eine bessere und zentralere Lage gibt es in ganz Biarritz nicht. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Übergabe war problemlos.

Appartement bien situé à Biarritz. Mais la caution de 300 euros qui avait été prélevée lors de la réservation n'a pas été remboursée. Nous avons quitté l'appartement le 9 mai après y avoir séjourné durant 4 jours. Nous attendons depuis 10 jours son remboursement. C'est la première fois que une caution est encaissée et non rendue à notre départ de la location depuis nous louons pour nos vacances !

La location est idéalement située et offre de beaux volumes dans lesquels, à 5 personnes, nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l'étroit. La propreté et les équipements sont irréprochables, et l'organisation pour l'arrivée et le départ des lieux est parfaite. Bref, une location que nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Appartement agréable pour une découverte de Biarritz à pied

Appartement idéalement placé pour découvrir Biarritz à pied. Plage, restaurants et commerces à 2mn. Idéal pour passer des vacances en famille. Des volumes très agréables comme le séjour. La terrasse permet de pouvoir prendre les repas en extérieur très facilement. Le Wi-Fi est top. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec lave linge, sèche linge lave vaisselle même les produits ménagés sont mis à disposition y compris l essuis tout, le papier WC . Ce n'est pas courant mais tellement appréciable. Prévoir en pleine saison estivale un sur coût de 75€/semaine pour garer sa voiture au parking St Eugénie si on a de la chance ou Bellevue car pas de place de parking longue durée à proximité de l'appartement 5€ les 3h. Ces parkings se trouvant à 10mn à pied grand maximum de porte à porte. Ca se fait facilement puisque le trajet se fait par les rues commerçantes. La circulation est intense au mois d'août sur la rue logeant l'appartement mais celui-ci est bien isolé phoniquement.Donc pas de problème pour s'endormir. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement pour des vacances en famille et une découverte pédestre de Biarritz. Nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.
