Come and discover this spacious 250 m² house, perfect for a holiday with family or friends, and able to accommodate up to 12 people. It includes five spacious bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and one bedroom with bunk beds (90 cm). In addition, a landing is furnished with two folding beds, ideal for children. You will also find three bathrooms, two with bathtubs, and three separate toilets for added comfort.
The living room, decorated in a warm style, is perfect for gathering with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher.
Outside, you can enjoy a heated swimming pool, garden furniture, sun loungers, as well as a barbecue and griddle, perfect for convivial and gourmet moments outdoors. The well-maintained garden is ideal for relaxing or spending time with family.
For your comfort, the house has reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi to stay connected during your holiday, and a washing machine for your convenience.
