Located in Biberwier, the charming Mark apartment is on the first floor of a rustic Alpine house with mountain views. The apartment features a spacious, cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), central heating, satellite TV, bed rail, and a high chair. A baby cot is also available; please let us know in advance.



The large, 8-meter-long south-facing balcony is yours for private use. You also have access to your own garden with two sun loungers and a private barbecue area by the playground. Two restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop directly opposite. Nearby, you'll find the Marienberglift (300 m, 5 minutes on foot), Zauberwald Lermoos (4 km), Zugspitze Ehrwald (4 km), Garmisch (15 km), a summer toboggan run (300 m), and the world’s second-longest suspension bridge at Ehrenberg Castle ruins (406 m, Reutte, 20 km).



Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, no cats). A carport is available. This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Parties are not permitted. The summer toboggan run, mountain carts, and other fun sports equipment can be rented directly at the Marienberglift valley station. The regional shuttle bus in the Zugspitz Arena is free with the guest card.

Toller Aufenthalt bei wirklich sehr netten Gastgebern!

Pros: Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, egal welches Anliegen man hatte, es wurde sich immer gekümmert! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat in der Küche schon mit Bohnen befüllt. Es ist alles vorhanden , das Bad wirkt sehr neu. Ein Skiraum mit Heizung ist vorhanden, so dass morgens vor allem die Schuhe schön warm und trocken sind. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr aufmerksam, erkundigen sich jeden Tag ob alles in Ordnung ist und sollte mal eine Kleinigkeit nicht passen wird sich gekümmert und wenn was fehlt wird gern ausgeholfen. Sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich, danke dafür , hier fühlt man sich wohl. Cons: Es gibt eigentlich nichts, weil sich um alles gekümmert wird.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum.
