Outside, there is a private, non-enclosed front decking with furniture, a shared front lawn with barbecue hut, and parking available. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, nno smoking. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.6 miles, beach 1.1 miles, lake 0.3 miles. Barley Bay adventures await. Note: Step down to lawn from decking area, please take care. Note: Guests have access to the on-site lake. Note: All cabins are closed from 21st Jan until 7th February and June 6th until June 9th.

The pretty, car-free village of Clovelly lies just five miles away and is renowned for its flower-strewn cottages, steep cobbled streets, 14th-century harbour, and The Milky Way Adventure Park, home to Devon's biggest rollercoaster, whilst a short drive leads to another fun-packed and educational family day out at The Big Sheep, a fantastic adventure park. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude, Bidefor,d and Instow are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.
