Monet vieraista kommentoivat kodikkaamme viihtyisyyttä, ja toivomme, että tunnet saman. Muutaman korttelin päässä lumikokouksesta sijaitseva loma-asunto on erinomainen paikka pakopaikkaan. Riippumatta siitä, haluatko tulla Big Bear Lakelle lomalle perheen kokoontumiseksi tai muutamaksi päiväksi R & R: stä, tämä koti on hyvin varusteltu. Tämän suuren (2700 neliöjalkaa) kodin pohjapiirros sisältää 2 erillistä viihdyttävää aluetta. Vedä 2 autotalliin ja astu sisään alakerraan, huomaat suuren huoneen avoimen tilan korkealla holvikatolla.

Kaisuta olohuoneessa ja pidä lämpimänä tulen ääressä tai katsele televisiota (36 ”). Sohva muuttuu kuningatar vuodesohvaksi, ja takan vieressä oleva tuoli muuttuu yhdeksi vuodesohvaksi lämpimän yöunen aikaansaamiseksi.

Päivällinen prep suuressa hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on helppoa. Löydät kaikki kodin mukavuudet… ehkä enemmän kuin nollaosa, kaksinkertainen uuni ja astianpesukone. Aterian aikaan pöydässä (pitkä 96 tuumaa) on 6 tuolia (riittävän suuri, jotta sen ympärille voi asettaa enemmän tuolia) ja tiskillä 4 baarituolia. Ilta viihdyttävä voi ulottua takapihalle suurella kannella ja kylpylällä, joka sijaitsee huvimajan alla. Lisäksi takapiha on aidattu pienimmille.

1. kerroksessa sijaitsevissa makuuhuoneissa on iso makuuhuone king-vuoteella ja liitteenä oleva kylpyhuone. Alakerran makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Tämä on hyvä kokoinen huone ja eteinen vieras kylpy helposti myös.

Yläkerrassa on kolmas makuuhuone, jossa viereinen kylpyhuone. Tässä on 2 queen-vuodetta ja kaunis puunäköala.

Haasta toisiaan uima-altaan pelaamiseen tai tartu vain hyvään kirjaan ja käpertyä sohvalla katselemalla toisen viihdehuoneen puiden latvoja. Lapsille on saatavana toinen televisio, jossa on videonauhuri. Lisäksi on parivuode.

Lumi EI ole ainoa asia, jonka löydät Big Bear Lakesta, lämpimät päivät tarjoavat monenlaisia aktiviteetteja. Järvi on upea kalastukseen, veneilyyn, melontaan ja melontaan. On myös monia mahdollisuuksia olla seikkailunhaluisia! Entä para-purjehdus, ATV-ajelut, ratsastus tai rinteille maastopyörällä ... mahtavat näkymät mukana! One word: spacious!

Hitting the slopes always entails a lot of gear, especially with kids. This place has PLENTY of room so you can just toss it off and it's not always in your way. That was really nice. Great location - one person drops off the crew and gear then parks back at the house, takes a brief walk back to the base. I actually enjoyed those few minutes of quiet. :) In summer I suppose you could bike in 30 seconds to the lifts, which is pretty cool. It's got all you need - good kitchen, real big table, good beds. Just bring sheets - no big deal unless you're flying in, I suppose. I'd stay here again.

Great location, nice house, plenty of room for 10 people. Short .5 mile walk to snow summit was very convenient. Bringing our own sheets and towels was a bit of a pain but worth it for the cheaper cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the pool table only had one cue stick and it was broken :(. Hot tub was also nice.

Repeat stay close to Big Bear

Enjoyed coming back to this property. Easy check in, clean property. Good number of spots to sleep. Requirement to bring all linens and towels is doable but not ideal. Make sure to bring kitchen rags, soap and shower supplies as well, as there are not supplied. Also bring kitchen staples such as oil, aluminum foil etc. Had to shovel snow for 30 minutes before being able to get cars into the driveway. Overall enjoyed our stay very much and our group had a great time. A few upgrades to the house like laundry service and more kitchen/bath supplies, along with snow removal prior to arrival, would further strengthen the rental.

Spacious nostalgic home

Had a great stay. Host very responsive, easy check in. Enjoyed having multiple bedrooms, comfortably had 10 adults. Has not been updated in a long time but this provided a cozy nostalgic vibe, the group overall really enjoyed the home. Great location, easy walk to Snow Summit. Bringing sheets/towels was a bit of a pain, and left some questions about how often the blankets are washed if there is not an organized linen service. Overall would stay again.

Overall good experience

Overall good experience but the property could be a little cleaner. The backyard is full of pine straw and pollen. There is no blower to clean on our own. so, we couldn't utilize the backyard completely. The owner mentioned cleaning the dishes, fold the sheets in the instructions. I was just wondering why we need to clear the whole trash and dishes if we are paying the cleaning fee already. But property wise it is a big house to have a family get-together. Prime location, close to all activities. Snow summit is just a walkable distance.

Snow Adventure

Overall great for a large group! Great location and very clean. The kitchen was a little dated but everything works great! There was only a tiny bbq so don't think you're going to bbq for 10 guests. Would definitely stay again!

Family Ski trip

This was the perfect place to bring a blend of family and friends. There was plenty of space and plenty of places to sleep without feeling crowded. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of! The best thing was being so close to the mountain, it made it easy to get there and go back to pick up people when they were tired. I would revisit for sure!

My friends and I enjoyed our experience staying at this cabin. We all agreed that if we do come back to Big Bear, we would want to stay here again. In addition, the property owner, Doreen, was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.

Perfect layout for Family/Friends

We had a great time in this property and Doreen was extremely hospitable and great at communicating with us. She even made sure the driveway was snowplowed before we arrived. After I booked the cabin was when I saw that we had to bring our own bedsheets and towels, so it was inconvenient was having to take 6 sets of bedsheets and towels because it created a lot of baggage in our car and the inconvenience of putting on/taking off the beds as we were only there 2 nights. Also, our check-out instructions stated to fold the blankets that we used and put them back in the closet and dress the beds again, so I don't know if we used "previouly-used" blankets if the guests before us also used and put back in the closet. So my suggestion would be to put those blankets aside so they can be washed. Again, we still enjoyed staying at the house as it is super spacious and has a great layout, but these are just some observations if that helps.

I never write reviews but this house and our stay was fabulous! We were looking for a short get away and the house was perfect! Location, size and comfort were terrific. Super clean and comfortable. The owner, Doreen, went above and beyond to help us with all our plans. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Fun Girls Weekend

This home served as a fantastic get away for a few of gals that were looking for a mountain weekend! The home is spacious and well laid out.... also very comfy! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the hot tub and were able to watch a few movies via our apps on the TV. The location is very convenient for future ski trips... just down the hill from the slopes. A great deal for the price for sure! We hope to return soon - thank you!

Lovely home

Our group had a great weekend at Doreen’s home. The house is very spacious and felt cozy. Very central location, right off the main road. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the amenities the home offered. Doreen, the owner was also great at communicating if we had any questions.

Comfortable large home for big groups

The home is quaintly designed and huge, it looks even better than the pictures. There is lots of space for a big family. The game room and hot tub were a plus. Doreen was attentive and friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy quiet dinners on the patio.
