Always helpful with questions or issues. And they are always patient!! This property is our go to when we are unable to get home due to winter weather. They’ve been here for me and my family and for that we will always be loyal!!

The staff was great! But man, this place needs some new sheets, and renovations…. My rooms fire alarm was gone, like ripped off the wall gone!! This place is good on a budget, but rivals every old hotel6 I’ve ever seen, and that’s a bad thing!!! And the security door on the back of the building was broken, allowing random people in the halls…. Not very secure or safe feeling, but it was economical I guess. I’d try a different place if I go back out there…

Front desk told me my booking was for a handicapped room and I should not book it u less I truly needed it. I have had knee replacements and can’t do stairs, but she was very judgmental and rude about it.

Staff were pleasant, room was dirty. Candy on floor was dusty like it had been there awhile, dried mud, partially full Gatorade bottle, table dirty, floor not vacuumed and all lamps unplugged so I had to get on the floor in a dark room with my phone flashlight to find the plugs under the nightstand to have light. Breakfast was just 2 types of cold cereal or toast, juice or coffee. Walls thin, room noisy. Very disappointing.
