The hotel is fine. They used to give you free breakfast with your stay. That no longer is the case, but the room is the same price. Just disappointed, it made it a good deal.

The staff was excellent and very kind. There was some trash left in the room and some surfaces that needed to be wiped down more carefully, but otherwise the room was nice and comfortable.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable for a super budget friendly price! We had the family suite and it had a jetted tub and lights that warm you after the shower or bath! No breakfast at all, just coffee, but for the price this can't be beat!

The room was clean; the staff was great. Panda Express across the street and an excellent American style restaurant next door. The room heating system is a bit out of date, but I'd stay again.

A staff person entered our room while we were sleeping at 11 pm. There was a “do not disturb” card hanging outside the door. The door was deadbolted but had no other locking mechanism. There was no phone in the room. Patrons from the adjacent bar parked outside the room window and proceeded to party from their car. A/C fan motor very noisy. Not the most enjoyable stay I have ever had at a hotel for sure.

Everything was great, staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Downside, they advertised free hot breakfast next door! $40 later it was NOT FREE. I only stay at hotels with breakfast as we are traveling, certainly didn’t appreciate being told we have “new” owners they don’t offer breakfast! Wake up new owners that’s False Advertising!

Billings retreat

Location was great. Staff was great. Room was big and clean. Refrigerator did not work and was full of condensation. Air conditoner worked nicely just did not seem to keep the temperature stable. It was too cold or too hot in the room, always being adjusted. The doors to the outside had a note on them saying that they were locked 24/7 but in actuality they never locked or even closed all the way. Security lacked, especially since there are 3 or 4 doors accessible to the hotel.

While the price was very reasonable, they charged my credit card $4 for unspecified "fees". For $4 I did not have time to stand and argue with the kids working behind the desk. I did not incur any additional costs or use any services. They said it was something to do with city taxes or "whatever" - that are supposed to be paid in my Expedia price. Otherwise decent, clean low end hotel. Toilet seat broken and sink drained slowly - but decent for the price.
