Another great stay at The Lodge

This was my second stay at the hotel. I like the introduction of the deli as it offered more choice. Previously, ordering in was not an issue, but it was not clear to me whether this was still OK. I would have liked additional bedding to be available as I was a little cold on the first night. Also whilst my bin was emptied after my first day, the bed was not made, the toilet not cleaned and coffee, tea and creamer not restocked. But I love the location, the staff are friendly, the hotel is quiet and clean and welcoming. Will certainly stop again. Oh, and of course, breakfast was superb. Sadly I only got to have it once due to an early flight.

The people were really very lovely and friendly - particularly the reception staff. Disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned once in 3 nights..... i had towels one night replenished but apart form that, it was poor.

We stayed in February so it was lovely and quiet. The staff were pleasant. Room was comfortable, had what we needed. The breakfast was excellent! Nice to have the facilities like the games rooms, pool, gym etc. my only negative is the pool was freezing! Good location. About a 20 minute walk into town through the sculpture park and along the play line. Short taxi ride to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, centralised location and the staff are helpful, polite and very friendly. Breakfast is really good too. Only slight negative, if it even counts, is that the pool temperature could be a little warmer but apart from that, everything else is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Billund.

The whole experience was wonderful, from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and temperature we were able to regulate well. Pool was an added bonus and it was very quiet so felt like you could do a proper swimming session. Breakfast was delightful, catering for all needs. Great buffet style. Service was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Full of local knowledge too. The deli was a great idea, especially if you just want to grab a snack and drink to retire to your room. The time of year we went (February) it was so quiet, we felt like we were the only people there. Would definitely use The Lodge again when visiting Billund.
