The front desk person was really rude. Paid for a whirlpool tub but the keys didn't work. Made me pay for a reservation fee when I booked the room. The room stunk the bed clothes had holes in them. Will not stay here again!!!

First we got there at 3 and the office was empty. I needed a lower level room for my girlfriend because of a recent operation. The room I was given was already occupied. Then when we did get a room the television didn't work and the floor in the room was cracked. The pipes in the sink and toilet backed up.
