Check in was easy & the room was big. The one thing we didn’t care for is the bathroom & shower are all in open glass, so there is no privacy in the bathing & vanity part. In the lavatory area, there is only one hook and no shelf to put vanities. The light switches are in awkward places. No extra blankets in the closet. The motorized shades were nice. There are adequate restaurants in this hotel, so you don’t even have to leave to go eat. The hotel is in walking distance to the opulent Beau Rivage resort. The bed was very comfortable & the room was clean with adequate towels for a 2 night stay.

Our first room in the platinum tower was disgusting-it smelled like urine and mold, the shower head had never been cleaned, the power shades did not work, and the carpets and couch were stained. We moved to a different room that was somewhat better and at least didn’t smell like urine. The second room had ripped carpet going into the bathroom, stained couch, and no room service the entire stay. The hotel itself is outdated and in desperate needs of upgrades. All of the carpet in the hotel halls was stained and looks very old. Every guest we came in contact with complained about the elevators and their functionality. Compared to other hotels in the area, you would think this was a low end motel although we paid $515 per night. The only positive about our stay was that the staff was very friendly. If ever back in the Biloxi area, we will be staying elsewhere.

Room had some furniture pieces that was broken. Sink had a ring in it. Hallway smelled of mold. Animals are invited in the hotel but not mentioned to customers. Smoking throughout the open areas. Toilet might as well been on the ground as it sat too low. I can go on and on but I will not be a return guest and should have stayed home.
