Hard Rock hotel is beginning to show its age. Furniture is outdated and looks like something I’d pick up at a garage sale to refinish. Carpet needs cleaning in the hallway. Arrived at 4:30 for check in. Room not ready until after 5. The music and noise was deafening and I’m already hard of hearing. My view on 4th floor was the middle of an air conditioning (?) wall. What a shame since the ocean is right outside this building. No sunset view today 😞. 20 minutes of running water as hot as the handle would turn gave me a tepid shower. Not sure I’ll stay here again.

Tge rooms needs some upgrade the shower wall dirty the bathroom door slide window that doesnt close. The room in general door cabinets need a fix it up. Headboard nasty. My second room sane thing in the bathroom slide door that doesnt close. By the elevator door to personnel nadty the building need an upgrade. Parkin fisrt floor nasty and dangerous.

I liked that it was maintained so well ( the grounds and inside ) The room was a bit disappointing The shower had no bar for safety and the floor was extremely slippery . I requested a smoking room and was told I had one , once I got there they said my room was non smoking The website needs updating as it stated many things that weren’t available Housekeeping didn’t come. Until my last day I had to call down for coffee and water I will probably stay somewhere else next time even tho the view was very good ( as promised)
