When room was booked for the weekend, we selected to pay st the property on arrival. Resort check in time begins at 4pm. The resort stated they tried to charge the room to my card at 2pm. Due to my driving i had not transferred funds to my account at that time. At 2pm the resort released our room. We were never notified ofthis. On our arrival to the resort they maded it sound like they were doing us a favor by givivi g us a different room. That was more expensive. We had booked corner king suites and got 2 queen overlooking golden nugget.
