The staff failed to inform us at check in that the power had been off to the building, when my young daughter got in tub, she sat in dirty yellow water, when we called to complain the maintence informed us that they were aware of the issue and did not know why we were not informed. My daugther has bad ecezma and senstive skin and she did develop a break out. The front desk appolized and refunded 19$ wow not impressed. When we took my daughter to aracade the things she wanted to do most opened hour after posted time

The Jimmy Buffett theme was everywhere, even his music in the hallways. Balcony room was very nice with a great view.

The check in was quick and smooth. The front desk was exceptional and informative. The 2 cons I have are the lighting in the bathroom and the walls are thin. We could hear everyrhing in the next room and I'm sure they could hear us.
