1) The resort should be marketed as Chuck E Cheese on Steroids! Not for adults, totally geared towards kids. 2) Check in was atrocious! NO signs directing new guests. A fellow guest had to tell us where to go. Very, long walk to check in, was like a crowded bus station, very long line, then back to the car with luggage carrier, then back to resort, very long line for elevator. One hour 15 minutes later settled in. 3) THE ROOM, horrible pungent air freshener smell. Terrible lighting, Very few electrical outlets, the usb port was not working, . Outdated air conditioner, blower came on every 15 minutes, in-between the room was hoy, very noisy. Not conducive for sleep. The shower was nice, bo bathroom fan and very poor lighting, one little soap provided and no skin lotion. 4) Balcony nice view 5) Tiny TV, no microwave, ice machine broken, coffee maker on a cart nowhere even remotely close to an outlet, one cup only provided. 6) guests yelling in the halls at 2:30 and 3:30 AM. Dog barking down the hall 7) Food and Servers exceptional 8) Information desk person seemed to have trouble with English and was not very friendly or helpful

No casino, when we first arrived on the floor of our room there was fans everywhere as if they were drying the floor up. smelt moldy. The room was cold, as it was freezing outside. Turned the heater on as it said it was 60 in the room, by morning it had never warmed up remained 60 in the room the whole night.

Long wait to check in. Also I picked the pay at the resort option at booking. 2 days before my scheduled stay, I received a phone call stating that my card was declined and If I didn't prepay, my reservation would be cancelled. I was fine with paying early but why allow the option if it is not an option. I also asked if this was due the holiday but she said no, was their usual policy. Moving on. I was also hit with an additional fee the customer service rep could explain. I explain that I booked through Expedia and that the price I received was supposed to be the price in full. After 10 minutes of him figuring it out when I was forced to pay early, she didn't charge me the correct amount. If I could have gotten my money back at this point I would have and stayed at the Nugget. Moving on, room was okay but upon returning after midnight the whole floor smelled of smoke and was loud TV and music blasting. No help was given at this point customer service siting the holiday. The rules specifically state quiet hours after 10 on the room floors. This was the initial reason for this booking so my child could sleep after the festivities. The hotel let me down, Expedia let me down. Never been so disappointed 😞
