Nice, clean, cosy and friendly place, calm inspite of tourist area. Nice low buildngs, not 'tourist-like'. Good place for families. Nice big green areas. You ought to use your lovely breakfast facilites for a 'restaurant' too, with just a small menu of light/easy food. All on all a very good experience. Very recommenable.

Wohnung großzügig geschnitten und Schrankkapazität mehr als ausreichend. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse mit den Terrassen Möbeln gefallen. Auch die gut erhaltene Spielesammlung war sehr schön. Nicht so gut war das abgezählte Geschirr so dass man gezwungen war sofort alles per Hand abzuwaschen. Außerdem war schon alles sehr abgewohnt. Aber vor allem die sehr laute Umgebung hat uns gestört.

Schöne gemütliche und geräumige Ferienwohnung in einer Top- Lage. Man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Am Tag unserer Abreise haben wir das Frühstücksangebot im Bistro wahrgenommen. Die Servicekräfte waren super freundlich. Das Buffet war liebevoll angerichtet, vielfältig und sehr lecker.

Die Komfortwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage der Wohnung als auch die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit waren 1A. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz war auch vollkommen in Ordnung und in der Nähe des Hauses. Allgemein kann ich sagen das der ganze Dünenpark einen gepflegten Eindruck machte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Dafür unseren Dank an die Eigentümer der Wohnung und den Mitarbeitern des Dünenparks Binz. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die Nähe zum Strand und zur Bushaltestelle.
