The villa-renovated Villa Seydlitz is located directly behind the beach promenade and only approx. 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach.

Your apartment 1RB8 is on the 1st Upper floor of the villa, from the large, covered balcony you have a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The spacious 2-room apartment offers space for up to 4 people for a pleasant stay. The apartment has a living room with a half-open kitchen and an integrated dining area. The cozy couch can be converted into a double bed couch, TV and radio can also be found in the living area. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and TV in the apartment, as well as a bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. All our guests can use free WiFi access. You will find an apartment-owned parking lot directly at the house. A coin-operated washer dryer is available in the basement of the neighboring house. You can also use the lockable bike storage room in the neighboring house.
