The villa is located at Paulstraße 1. This flows into the town's most popular shopping street, the main street. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar. You will find the bus stop for local and long-distance public transport as well as the spa railway approx. 80 m from the house.

Your modern apartment 21RB4 is on the 1st Upstairs. The 2-room apartment has a size of approx. 55 square meters and can be occupied by 2-4 people. A covered balcony to the south is in front of the apartment. In addition to the beautifully furnished living room with integrated kitchen, there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet.
