You will have full access to the entire apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and there is a coffee machine and complimentary snacks (subject to availability) for your enjoyment.

BEDROOM - KING SIZE BED, TWO LARGE WARDROBES, WORKSPACE WITH DEDICATED DESK AND OFFICE CHAIR. FRESH LINEN AND TOWELS PROVIDED FOR YOUR COMFORT. You can also enjoy the portable heater to keep cosy. A hair dryer and body lotion is also provided.

BATHROOM - BATH TUB & SHOWER FACILITIES. COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES including loo roll, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash.

LOUNGE - PING PONG TABLE, 43" SMART TV FREE NETFLIX, SOFA BED (sleeps 2), DINING TABLE (seats 4). For your entertainment we also have scrabble, uno, playing cards and aspirational books to read at your leisure.

KITCHEN - RUSSELL HOBBS MICROWAVE, TOASTER AND KETTLE, COFFEE MACHINE + PODS, FRIDGE & FREEZER, WASHING MACHINE + LAUNDRY DETERGENT. Ideal for long term stays with a fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, chopsticks, 4 piece pan set including frying pan and sauce pans, selection of kitchen utensils, knives, salt, pepper and ketchup.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible but must be agreed upon prior; otherwise, Check-out must be prompt, charges apply, £15 for every extra hour.

- Strictly no parties allowed within the apartment or building itself
- Strictly no smoking or pets

QUIET TIME
We are located in a peaceful residential community which is home to many people. We ask that you respect the community’s QUIET hours specifically, between the hours of 9PM TO 8AM noise should be kept to a minimum. Please note a noise monitor is installed on the premises to ensure that noise levels are kept within acceptable limits. If the noise exceeds the set threshold, we will receive notifications. It is important to adhere to the three strike rule regarding noise disturbances. We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for the comfort of all guests. Thank you for understanding and complying with this policy.

BREAKAGES
Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave this could be the full security deposit depending on the item.

SMOKING POLICY
This property strictly upholds a smoke-free policy, which prohibits smoking of any kind, including vaping. We get alerted via our smoke detection monitor in place, which alerts us if any smoke has entered the property.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the full deduction of the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PETS
No pets allows, this home is pet-free due to many people being allergic.

THEFT
Theft of any items will result in a full security deposit being taken.
