Clean, spacious room

Room is clean and spacious. Air con was needed so great. Could have more selection of drinks as no fruit tees and not enough milk. Bathroom clean but shower really hard to get cooler as hot

Fabulous in every way!

Fabulous hotel. First time I stayed here, but I'll definitely return. The reception staff were lovely, room was huge, gorgeous comfy pillows duvel and bed. Great bathroom, water provided too. Mailbox and Broad Street just around the corner and a short walk from New Street Station too. Highly recommended, we didn't want to leave!

Relaxing stay, ideal location

Excellent choice of breakfast, limited restaurant menu however it’s decent. Walking distance to a lot of great places, being in the city centre. Canal walk is 5 mins walk, library, eating places. Staff was polite and helpful. Wish had a swimming pool but otherwise 5/5 Do account for parking (£15-21 / day) and clean air zone charges £8/day

Nice hotel friendly staff

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast great lots of choices. Dinner was excellent served ver hot . All the meals i had were very tasty and of good quality. The icream portion served with the chocolate was a bit on the small side. It needed to be a full scoop minimum .
