Holiday inn Birmingham

Stayed here before for a weekend catch up with friends. Room comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Very central for shoppings, canal area for drinks etc overall an excellent stay. Staff are very helpful.

Good location for Utilita Arena. Room was spotless and we were offered a choice of floor on check-in. Good breakfast included in the room rate. Would stay here again.

A gem of a hotel.

From arrival to departure, we were very impressed with the staff, room amenities and location of this hotel. The room and communal areas were spotless. The breakfast - included in the price- was fantastic. If we return to Birmingham, we will definitely stay here again.

Me and my daughter stayed at this hotel as we were going to a concert, we had the top floor and the view was great, also they had left drinks chocolate rose petals and a birthday card for my birthday. Beds were so comfortable, it was so quiet. Breakfast in the morning was lovely lots to choose from. Check in was quick and easy, all staff were lovely cannot fault anything at all, we had a great time. Will definitely be staying again.

Excellent stay near Utilita Arena

Really good hotel. Staying in town for a concert at utilita arena and couldnt be better. 15 minute walk from New Street Station. 15 minute walk to Arena along the canal with loads of eating and drinking places around. Hotel itself was perfect for an overnight stay. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast in the morning. We would stay again if need something near arena.

Peaceful night’s rest

Check was speedy and without fuss. Room was of a regular, standard quality. However, we were lucky to have the weather and a beautiful view of the city. Blue sky landscape and the city lights at night. 16th floor. The air con seemed poor. Four of us in a small room, it became very warm. We did wait for air con to adjust but it didn’t. We all thought the beds were uncomfortable. The normal bed and sofa bed were just too soft and the pillows were awful. Peaceful night throughout. Breakfast was great as usual. The sausages are amazing. Gutted the hash browns were stone cold, probably a problem with the warmer? Check out was speedy and fuss free.
