Warm and friendly greeting as soon as we walked in. Makes such a difference to be welcomed with a smile . The quality and upkeep of the hotel was amazing. The size of the bed and bathroom were bigger than anything I’d experienced at rival companies. Lastly, the menu and food for breakfast was great (especially the grab and go option). This was easily the best experience I’ve had at a hotel and is now the new benchmark. Thanks for a wonderful few days
