The hotel is in a great location on Broad Street. However the parking is expensive at £18.50 for 24 hours (in May 2025). It would put me off staying for more than one day. The lifts get busy and it was time consuming waiting to get up and down to the 7th floor.

Stayed ere several times and love the hotel. Only issue was the manager as a regular and vip excess customer we have always had a late check out. But this guy insisted we be out at 11 when i asked just an hour more he said NO And that cleaners needed the room i asked again for just an hour he then said it would be £10 for the hour. At that point i ask i thought the cleaners needed the room. Unfortunately this man just wanted to talk to his mates and put a dampener on the brilliant weekend we'd had. When i mentioned the lift being broken he said it wasnt and it was just out of use. To me the same thing. Rude unprofessional man. The girl on reception should be given the job very helpful and polite

Stayed at the Leonardo Hotel a few times, but htis was abit of a challenge with service side. Some good areas was the reception team on first arrival booking in, room tidy, location good in heart of city near ICC, Bullring and Mailbox. Now not so good on the service side, asked for a quiet room(given room next to lift lobby doors) so busy, payed for breakfast only to be challenged at breakfast and told you havent paid loudly in breakfast area. This was humilating for me being a regualr guest to this hotel establishment. I tried to get the young lady on restaurant book in desk to check, which she said she had checked. I would have to go to reception and get a receipt to prove I have a paid beakfast. Poor service,poor training of staff. Lift issues again…

Great hotel, centrally located and very close to Brindley Place and the Utilities Arena. Car parking is expensive though. Also not enough porters to take luggage around. Bathroom is nice with white company toiletries, but not enough of other small bits like ear buds/shower cap/toothpaste etc. channels on TV were limited and some of them not clear.
