Lovely stay but the only issue we had was the booking was for 3 and there was only 2 glasses and mugs and likewise only enough tea and coffee etc for 2 so that was not very good.

The hotel was great, easy nights stay nothing was too much trouble. Literally a 5 minute walk to the stadium. Very easy - well lit . Felt safe.

Super hotel

Stayed here a few times now, rooms excellent and spacious, great location, staff welcoming and freindly. Breakfast is good though a little expensive but you are in a city centre. Walking distance to all attractions. Easy to use own techology via the TV, bathrooms are nice and good toiletries. A very good hotel. Parking is chargabme and expensive but I see why when in heart of birmingham.

Good size room with 2 x comfortable double beds - nice & quiet with excellent blackout curtains. Central location with short walk to city centre. Stylish lounge/ bar areas. Multi-storey car park was a bit on the expensive side!

Good location. It’s an ok stay.

The staff overall were very lovely. Bar tender and breakfast chef not so friendly. Unfortunately the TV did not work during our stay. The manager kindly came to help but after he left we had no sound.seemed too confusing to try to fix! Breakfast was very poor quality - toast was nice!
