The hotel has truly gone down since our last stay. The bed was comfortable but bugs were found in one of our rooms and in the tub which required moving to another. Breakfast was included but when we went down for breakfast there was 4 mini muffins, 4 waffles, 1/4 pitcher of milk, no fruit, no hot coffee. Needless to say, we did not stay for breakfast . Apparently the owner doesn't want food to go to waste but we were the first guests down stairs for breakfast and literally nothing was there to eat. We are not high maintenance folks but we will not stay at this facility again.

There was bugs in my room, quite a few bugs! I have pictures and videos and I showed the guy at the front desk and he said he would tell his manager I have not received a call from this manager. This certainly needs to be addressed. It was disgusting and very disappointing. If the manager does not reach out to Me soon , I’m going to reach out to ownership.

I had a reservation at another hotel - which no one had mentioned was closed at the time of booking. Birmingham was sold out for the weekend and this was the only hotel available. Took a few minutes for the gentleman at the front desk to acknowledge us, he was doing something on the computer. The hotel is an old property, room was musty smelling. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was less than ideal. Good for an overnight stay.

Accessible room but the shower bench was broken when we arrived. Walls very thin, could hear neighbors in the middle of the night very loudly, one of the door locks was broken. Looks like no one has done a walk through in a bit.

Do not stay here! Air was broken. There was smoking in the building. There were no cars in the parking lot. I did not feel safe, therefore asked for a refund. They have still not agreed to a refund.
