Excellent

We stayed for one night for our anniversary. Never stayed before. The staff were wonderful and friendly from the cleaners to the receptionists, Everyone was helpful and lovely. The room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast had a nice range of foods perfect to get the day going. The whole place gave off a clean and professional vibe and was very accommodating. Would happily stay again.

Good central location and really good facilities in the suite. Breakfast distinctly average and the dining area furniture very tired. There were not enough tables when we first arrived at breakfast but some guests soon departed so we were able to get seated. Staff very polite and friendly. Check in was slow due to the number of guests trying to check in during the afternoon.

Superb place to stay very central shower was superb Breakie was good although would be nice with a fried egg instead of scrambled. Coffee was really good. Room outstanding.

The area around the property felt unsafe. The second morning, police had cordoned off the shopping centre outside due to an incident. The hotel overall was pretty average but a good price.

One of the best value hotels we've ever stayed at.

This has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed at for the money we paid. The staff, room and location was perfect - and with a decent breakfast included in the price, there was much more we could ask. Only one very minor gripe - the lifts seem to have a mind of their own....but they do arrive eventually 😂

Hotel is in a central convenient location, around 10 minutes walk from Train Station. There are plenty of nearby shops, eateries and convience stores to meet all your needs. Hotel is modern, clean. Check-in was quick and easy; albeit reception is located on 2nd floor so need lift access before getting to your room. The lady checking us in was pleasant and engaging. After check-in we had to make our way back to reception as only 1 of the key would work. We asked for dental kit but this is chargeable at this property. One of the lift is out of service so they have allow guests to use the service lift if needed. We went out of the property a few times and had trouble getting back in through the automated doors. Sensors seems to be disabled or temperamental. There were instructions to press the button for entry at either side but that doesn't seem to work too well for us. I have booked via Expedia with this stay instead of using my IHG profile. I have emailed ahead and supply my IHG membership details so my preference could be met. I received an email to advise I won't get benefits or points for stay. On arrival none of of arrival preference on my IHG profile had been looked at. We were allocated a room lowest floor and nearest to the lift. Also there was no special preference for being Expedia Gold VIP. Perhaps this hotel does not participate recognition with Expedia. Overall, really like the location, ambience, breakfast was plentiful. Staff seems polite and friendly

The service was brilliant. I've heard great things about this accommodation, and I finally got to experience it. It really caters to corporate expectations, so it's always a reliable choice to make, if comfort and convenience is what you're after. The front desk were so friendly and welcoming too. I could say more, but you should see it for yourself.
