Cot was provided but with no mattress

We had requested a cot for out toddler, upon arrival the cot had no base or mattress, just a folded towel to "cover" the frame of the cot. This was not at all suitable for anyone to sleep in. We complained to the reception and she managed to find another cot which did have a base. This was better however there was no mattress still.

The people that worked at this property were exceptionally kind and helpful. The property itself was grubby and the surroundings were dirty and trashy, but safe. I guess I got what I paid for because it was very inexpensive, but I think I was expecting a bit better upkeep in a chain that I am familiar with.

The hotel was fine for what i needed but was very average. Quite run down and basic. On getting to my room the door was propped open with a towel as if it was still being cleaned. It wasn't, so was rather random. It was cheap and convenient for the airport though.
