Good clean accommodation, public areas could do with an upgrade, had to go to The Ramada for breakfast, which is not ideal if it’s raining. All in all it was value for money and was fine for our needs, surprisingly quiet considering it was at a motorway services

We stayed two nights at the Days Inn London Wyndham M11. The highlight of our stay was definitely the receptionist Alex — she was extremely kind, let us check in early, and gave us great tips about London. Her hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel’s location is relatively close to Stansted Airport, which is convenient. However, getting to and from the hotel by public transport wasn’t always easy. On multiple occasions, we had to wait up to 40 minutes for a bus, which was frustrating, especially when carrying luggage or traveling with a child. The room itself had some downsides: the hallway smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, with hair left behind from previous guests. These details affected the overall comfort of our stay. In summary, we truly appreciated Alex’s excellent service, but the hotel could improve in cleanliness and transportation accessibility.

Airport stopover

Great reasonably priced stay close to the airport. Requested a quiet room and we didn’t hear a peep. The hotel is next to the services so easy to walk over for food. The only little gripe was, I had read on reviews that the parking was free, but when checking in we were charged for parking. It was only £5 for the night so like I say, only a little gripe.

We needed a one night stay for 4 people. This hotel was very cheap and included all 4 in one room. So we got what we paid for and it was fine for one night. Close to the airport, room was ok nothing fancy, facilities at the welcome services (which is where this hotel is) were good. Good enough for overnight stay and shower before early flight.

Worse nightmare!! The room was ok and what to expect from a cheap hotel to be honest, but the room was a bit smelly and the carpet could do with a deep clean to fresh it up! One of the cups was unwashed with remains of previous coffee in it so that was quite disgusting. Perhaps a little unlucky me to have booked that room at that day with the guest whoever might be booked the room above mine and the guest would not stop pacing in the room for couple of hours LITERALLY NON-STOP!! This was 10pm from 8pm, when I had to call reception to ask them to call the guest above as to ask he or she to stop walking in the room on which I could hear the paces above my head so it was a nightmare!! Then the guest stopped and by 3am they were up again and the torture has started one more time with the paces above my head!!!! If you ever book this hotel make sure you get the room at the top floor as I presume all floors are the same which can be heard from the below room. Good luck!!
