The hotel was so dirty the room was awful and tired the bathroom was dirty with hairs in the shower the bedroom was smelly and the bedding was very old This hotel is a disgrace

Hidden charge

Stay at hotel was okay. Used prior to early morning flight. One thing cropped up at point of booking. Ramada charge for parking unless you book via Ramada directly. I was not aware of this charge, it is only £5. This charge has been introduced since May as i stayed there then and all guests had free parking.

Expect better of Ramada to be honest. Lift didn’t work, room very tired. Bed and pillow very good however and staff very attentive. Breakfast good. Would not stay there again but the staff and the bed were good.

Convenient for airport. Only one extra pillow for two guests. Only one chair in the room for two guests. Decor could do with a brightening up. Nice to have kettle in room with tea and coffee.

We were put up in a dated disabled room. Surprised that we were charged £5:00 for parking as there was no mention of this.

The property is clean. accessible to shops and dining. Receptionist was not helpful when I needed help for my car that has gone fllat of battery. I was helpless and no intentions of giving me assistance to where I could get some help. It was frustrating.

Close to Stansted

We only stayed 8 hours as it was a stop over before an early flight so didnt get chance to see much at all It was a perfect little stop over close to Stansted but very expensive for a few hours.
