Clean room and they give you 20 minutes to inspect

Only complaints were that there wasn’t any hot water to shower at 10:00 pm could get 2 minutes of hot then tepid water rest of shower. Smoke alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning from the kitchen cooking bacon and there aren’t any elevators so disabled older couple ahead of us struggled to make it up and down the stairs. There aren’t any rooms on the main floor so not convenient place to stay for the disabled you have to be able do steps.

The staff was nice. The manager on Easter Sunday had to cook breakfast, manage the front desk and clean all the rooms by herself. What company makes a person do all of that? The hotel was run down looking. Windows very dirty. Hallway carpet stained. The hallway was so dark, put more lights in and paint the walls a lighter color. It also stunk like an old hotel. The bathroom light fixture looked like it was going to fall off the wall. The bottom of the tub was scratched a lot. The room was clean and the bed was nice. The breakfast was very minimal, it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit, even a banana would have been an improvement.

Dated facilities with tight parking, a bit expensive for what you get. Room could have been a bit cleaner (there were some long hairs in the bed that didn’t belong to me), TV kept losing power and resetting. Facility is older and shows age. Have stayed in comparable facilities for about $30 less

Great value - Starbucks closeby.

It was a great place for the value. Little bit older hotel, but was clean and comfortable. Bonus was it is close to coffee, dining, and shopping. Super easy to find.

Forbidden milk

The guy who checked us in was normal, we did find it unusual that it took him a ridiculous amount of time to check us in. I’m not sure why it took so long and what he was doing but all our info was already in since we booked and paid online. After about 5-7 minutes of standing there he finally gave back our ID, swiped our card for incidentals, and gave us our room keys. We knew there were no elevators but the steps were very steep and not pregnant friendly. We were placed on the third floor right next to the stairs and all night we heard people arguing, running up and down the stairs/hall, the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. We can over look things like the stairs and the people being rowdy but when it came to breakfast that’s where we were done and decided to never return, the breakfast was not anywhere near what was advertised. The milk looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, the pancake mix was so thick and the whole breakfast area was severely dirty and unkept even though there was a gal in there complaining how she does everything there. She cleans rooms and is the breakfast attendant, by the looks of the breakfast area she doesn’t have to do much. The gravy was cold and looked very old, the floor was disgusting so we just left and went to Starbucks for breakfast before our medical appointment. Not to mention the curry and fried smell in the evening. Then another employee wearing pajamas and getting breakfast was unprofessional.

Terrible stay

The shower drain didnt drain very fast so i had to stand in my shower water. There were semis outside my window running all night. Some guy pounding on a room door next to mine in the middle of the night trying to wake up whomever was inside the room. All the room doors SLAM shut so all throughout the night was slamming doors. Overall was a terrible stay. Had medical procedures the next morning early and didnt get any sleep.
