Nice clean modern location. Nice clean rooms nice beds awesome gym and close to service station. Price was amazing and free breakfast included I rate this 5 stars for Blackburn for for price location free breakfast and modern and clean and new !

Nice hotel let down by the evening food choices

Nice hotel, very clean and well maintained - only thing that lets it down is the quality of the food for the evening meals - very very basic and definitely not worth the money they charge for it. £18.95 for a burger and chips that looked like it was made in a late night kebab shop!

Excellent room but limited breakfast choice

One of the best hotel rooms that I have stayed in and excellent for the price. Let down a bit by the lack of sugar free options at breakfast. Ok if you like chocolate buttons and waffles but not if you prefer sugar free muesli, fresh fruit salad, nuts and soya milk. I know that I can get these at other chain hotels so these would be my first choice

One night stay.

I booked one night stay with my wife and son for queen room with sofa bed but when i check in the sofa bed wasnt available i had to call reception to do it. It should have been done especially when i wrote down i am coming with my son. The breakfast wasn't really what i eat because it was very few option and not alot of halal option. I wont pay 104 pound for one night if i was going to book it again.
