Yes make sure the heatjng qorks before rentong room pay for a cold room not good at all should be compo for that i have a chest issue now so cold and the bathroom smelled of suweg horrid and the lights in mirror never worked and the shower is not very strong beddong was a bit dirty black dots and odd sticky fluff on bed sheet other wize was qiuet room nice size thanks.

Good evening 😊, I hope this message finds you well. I just wanted to share my experience regarding the B&B in Blackpool 🏖️. The establishment was absolutely splendid from start to finish. The rooms were immaculately clean and thoughtfully furnished 🛏️, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceedingly hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist with a friendly smile ☺️. The location was perfect, offering easy access to all the main attractions and the seafront 🌊. Breakfast was delectable, featuring a wonderful variety of choices that catered to all tastes 🍳☕. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone planning a visit to Blackpool and would certainly choose to stay there again without hesitation. Truly a five-star experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

Just wanted to share my fantastic experience at the B&B in Blackpool 🌟. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made me feel right at home 🏡. The rooms were spotless and incredibly cosy, perfect for a restful night's sleep 🛏️. The location was brilliant too, just a short stroll from all the main attractions 🎡 and the beautiful beach 🌊. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from 🍳🥓☕. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Blackpool – it’s a true gem 💎! Can't wait to come back! 😊👍

When we arrived there was no area down stairs to be greeted .. We were greeted just through the doorway as we came in & dealt with paperwork on a fruit machine .. The hotel was having renovation work being done downstairs .. All rooms are named & we stayed in the Ruby room .. Small but adequate enough for our only 1 night's stay Not gonna lie not sure I'd stay here again but if your looking for a room only base for a night or 2 then like I say its adequate enough

The hotel wasn't far from the train station and not far from where I had to be for the concert I attended and I couldn't argue for the price of the single room and I had a good sleep and I had a warm welcome from the owners and it's pet friendly 😀

We stayed for just one night and received a warm welcome from the staff, which was appreciated. However, we were disappointed to learn that breakfast was being served elsewhere due to renovation work. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, with marks on the toilet seat and coffee stains on the nightstand. It was also very noisy throughout the night — we could hear a creaking door repeatedly and footsteps in the corridor, with light shining under our door each time someone passed. The constant noise made it hard to sleep, and we ended up leaving early because we were so tired. I understand it was a budget stay, but the good reviews didn’t reflect our experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t book again, as we value a quiet and comfortable night’s rest.

Excellent stay

Stayed for 2 nights with husband got to say best nights sleep i had in a long time. Bed clean and very comfortable. Town centre 10 minute walk. Clubs and bars restaraunts on door step. Was made to feel very welcome fantastic host. Will be stopping here again thankyou very much for a fantastic stay. Well done keep doing what your doing

We picked the B&B Blackpool because of its convenience to funny girls and it was in the ideal location and the manager who greated us was a lovely man We only booked a small double as we were only staying 2 nights. The room was fine clean and nicely decorated but the shower was so dirty. It had the plastic paneling in the walls and in between where each panel met was black dirt which would have come off with a good scrub We were told it was under renovation so we couldn’t have breakfast there we had to eat at a different hotel which I think we should have been told this before booking

Excellent service and comfortable rooms.

This place is exceptional. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. They even got my son a card and a very little presents for his birthday. They made our stay so special and the staff couldn't do enough for you.
