We had a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and thoughtful – they even left an Easter egg out for my son on Easter Sunday, which was such a kind gesture and really made him feel special. The building itself is a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable, and the kindness of the staff more than made up for it. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return.

Everything was 100 % The staff were excellent,especially the breakfast staff. Ian on the breakfast waiting team was especially attentive and made sure everyone was well looked after and had a kind word for everyone. Overall, good value for money and welcoming. The President was clean and warm and every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. The furniture was a little tired but adequate. Breakfasts and evening meals were really well cooked. It would have been nice if the coffee bar and lounge had been fully opened but having said that, if we wanted a coffee or alcoholic drink, a staff member was available to serve this.
