You get what you pay for. Room was very small bathroom tiny. The shower came off the wall and the the shower doors were loose. Bed wasn't very comfy. Decent stay though but lots of noise from corridor and rooms above.
When checked ladies ask for a £50 deposit I explained that was not on the booking or email conditions she was bit rude saying that does to Expedia then she made Shure I was aware in continental breakfast I stated it said breakfast nothing mentioned about continental so I ask for that to be refunded as I won't of bothered but out all day yesterday was quiet room very standed and basic but for price ok TV did not have a reception no lift as that was also out of order and when I went for breakfast it was a joke the continental was very basic below wat u would normally get on continental it a shame really would I stay here again me no becouse I could stayed somewhere else same price I could got I wanted would I recommend not really as if I don't want to say it want right for recommend
Smelt fusty, noise middle of the night from people coming in. Shower would not stay warm, floorboards creaked and holes in the bedding. Would not recommend
I do not recommend this hotel. I had to pay on arrival as a damage deposit, following checkout i was told that the deposit had been released and I would receive it within 2 days.
After a week I have not received the money back and have been charged a further fee of which I have not been told why. A further identical fee was pending in my bank account following this initial unauthorised transaction, when I tried to contact them, the phone number on the website is not theirs and I haven’t been able to reach them. Do not recommend, as they have scammed me!!!
