Create memories at our cabin near Helton Creek Falls - A beautiful log cabin with a lodge feel. Fifteen minutes from charming downtown Blairsville 35 minutes from Helen in the North Georgia Blue Ridge mountains. Our spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with modern but rustic finishes and the needed amenities that will appeal to families, couples and friends looking for an adventurous and relaxing mountain getaway.

As you approach the cabin, you will notice the vast amount of beautiful maples and white pine, a wrap-around porch with swings and rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch is a perfect way to start your day.
Enter our cabin built with gorgeous exposed oak beams and exterior log walls. The open floorplan includes a beautiful great room with open fireplace and kitchen stocked with dishes, cookware and stemware. The home was built by hand with family in mind and includes an upper and lower level with the primary bedroom w/ queen log bed with a wall mounted flat screen tv - ROKU equipped and 1 full bath on main floor. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds along with a full bath. In the basement is where you will find the laundry area. A fire pit and gas grill are also available.

Large amounts of hiking trailheads, waterfalls and scenic opportunities. • The property backs up to the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, which presents a vast amount of hiking and nature watching opportunities immediately out the back door.

• The Appalachian trail crossing is 2.1 miles
• Helton Creek falls only 1.6 miles You can hike, visit waterfalls, fish one of several local lakes or streams, visit one of the local wineries, sit in a rocking chair, sit by the fire or simply unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
The home will be stocked with some starter essentials for your stay, including linens, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and body wash. There are stairs inside and out. Steep driveway. Ring floodlight camera on front corner of cabin aimed at the driveway is activated by movement. Ring device records audio and video up to 24 hrs a day when activated by movement. “Union County, GA STR License # 001154”

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. Poor planning on our part led to not saving the door code info in the final message the host had sent- despite spending plenty of time in the area I didn’t think about not having a signal to be able to open it when we got there. I drove back down and texted the host and got an immediate response and any time we had questions over the weekend they responded within seconds.

What a perfect cabin! The location is ideal -- close to Vogel, Blood Mountain, and Blairsville. Everything was immaculate. This is the cleanest place we've ever stayed. The beds were comfortable. The living room had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked. The host was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Outstanding!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful cabin in Blairsville, Georgia, nestled in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains. This was our second time staying here, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The cabin is absolutely amazing — beautifully maintained, cozy, and equipped with all the comforts we could ask for.One of the best features is its seclusion and tranquility. If you enjoy the outdoors like we do, this is the spot! Plenty of space and it was what we would expect from a cabin in the mountains/woods. Very peaceful evenings grilling and listening to the wildlife. We loved the location, it’s very close to plenty of trails and waterfalls which we did a different trail everyday for 5 days and all within 30 mins from the cabin. We did drive to hemlock falls which was about an hr away. The best part was coming back to relax at the cabin. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong downstairs and there is plenty of room. It is about 30 mins from shopping which we were ok with but mainly because of driving mountain roads which we also enjoy doing. The hosts were great very good communication and responding to whatever we needed. Driving to the cabin was simple with Google maps. Driveway is steep but any vehicle can do it. It was the get away we needed!

Great Weekend Getaway

It’s a beautiful house and property. Lots of space to relax and the ping pong table in the basement was a big highlight for our group. We saw a couple black bears while we were staying there. Highly recommend!

Excellent Place to Relax!

Very nice cabin! Secluded and peaceful. Definitely a great spot to just chill out. Driveway is definitely steep, which is no problem with AWD or any decent SUV/truck. It lends to the seclusion of it. Only downside was bed comfort. Other than that highly recommended.

The pictures dont really give this cabin its justice. This cabin has lots of room for everyone. There are plenty of games and hiking trails as well as a front porch with patio lighting for nights. It is so peacful. We had the opportunity to see 3 bears on our stay. We had a blast!!!

Amazing Thanksgiving

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. This cabin is the best built and safest we have ever stayed in. Very well insulated even when it was below freezing. There is a great hike right from the cabin to a waterfall. And if you are not up for the 2 mile hike you could just try to master walking up the driveway each day:) The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas and fully stocked for nightly fires and our Thanksgiving feast. This gem is tucked away nicely for a very peaceful getaway. We look forward to booking again.
