Guest have private access to the entire home, including the high-speed wifi, washing machine, dryer. 3 Peaks is part of Greenwood Acres Community, and with that comes access to sandy beach area, docks, 2 playgrounds, picnic areas. As part of the HOA we do have quite hours and noise monitors are provided to make sure we are being good neighbors to the community.

Three Peaks sits directly on Lake Sinca, a private, no-wake lake tucked into the Greenwood Acres community — which means calm, clear water and no crowds. Step off the back deck down to your private dock for morning fishing, afternoon paddleboarding, or simply sitting with your feet over the water as the sun goes down. The lake is ideal for swimming and non-motorized water activities, and kayaks are available for guest use. Back on shore, the 21-foot swim spa — one of the largest private hot tub in the Poconos!— is heated year-round, equal parts lap pool and soaking tub, and the cedar barrel sauna seats six for a proper warm-up after a cold weather day on the slopes. The Solo Stove fire pit anchors the outdoor space in the evenings, with plenty of seating.

Eight uniquely designed bedrooms mean no two guests sleep in the same room twice — and everyone gets a space that actually feels intentional. Six of the eight rooms feature king beds, dressed in layered linens and styled around themes ranging from a moody hunting lodge to a sun-washed forest retreat. The remaining rooms include a twin room with nautical oar décor, perfect for younger guests or singles, and a quad bunk room with dual full over full bunks and a lake-themed gallery wall that kids will love. Every bedroom has its own distinct character, a consistent wood-plank ceiling throughout the home, and its own personality — this is the detail that separates Three Peaks from every other large group rental on the lake. Bathrooms are equally polished: 2 with glass-enclosed showers featuring spa like full body jet and rain showers, 2 tubs for bathing the kids at night, featuring double vanities, black hardware, and floor-to-ceiling tile.

The lower-level game room is a destination in itself. A pool table anchors the space, set against a custom hand-painted mountain mural wall that is genuinely one-of-a-kind. Movie night at Three Peaks is not the couch-and-laptop situation your group is used to. The dedicated theater room is done in full black with a 98" user friendly TV, an oversized U-shaped sectional that comfortably fits the whole group, curated movie poster art, and just enough ambient lighting to feel like an actual theatre. It’s the kind of room that earns its own mention in reviews.

The main floor is built for groups who actually cook together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a full weekend of meals — from coffee and eggs on Saturday morning to a dinner spread for up to 20. A large dining area seats the whole group, and the open living space gives everyone room to spread out without feeling split across the house. When you’re not cooking or eating, there’s always something going on somewhere in the house — Three Peaks is designed so the group naturally gravitates back together.

Jack Frost Mountain and Big Boulder ski resort are both minutes away, making Three Peaks the ideal base for a ski or snowboard trip with a large group. Guests have full private access to the entire property, including all 8 bedrooms, all bathrooms, the full kitchen, game room, theater room, lake dock, swim spa / hot tub, barrel sauna, fire pit, outdoor patio, and Level 2 EV charger. Property access is via keypad — self check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before arrival.

Please note: Lake Sinca is a no-wake, no-motorboat lake. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing are all available and encouraged. Kayaks and life vest are provided on site. Life vest are required for all lake access outside of designated beach swimming areas.

★★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★★

Three Peaks is located within the Greenwood Acres community in Blakeslee, PA. Community quiet hours apply after 10PM. This property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front entrance, side deck entrance, back deck entrance and driveway for safety — no interior cameras are present. Indoor noise and smoking sensors are provided.

Tobyhanna Township Short Term Rental Ordinance 569 requires renter to be 25 years of age to contractually rent a short term rental unit and must be present at the property. Three peaks has 8 bedrooms and a max of 18 guest allowed. A 2 night minimum is also required by the township. All parking must be on Three Peaks driveway, which fits 8-10 depending on car size.

Breath in that clean mountain air... and nothing else: to accommodate all allergen types, 3 Peaks is pet free and no smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. Additional cleaning fees could be assessed if house rules are not followed.
