Just built in 2022, this 7-bedroom cabin is the ultimate retreat for families, groups, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape in the heart of the Poconos.

Whether you're planning a family reunion or a fun-filled friends' trip, "Driftwood Retreat" provides the perfect blend of rustic charm, modern amenities, indoor games and outdoor adventure.

The cabin boasts three distinct floors, each offering a unique experience:

Main Floor (Modern Design):
• An open-concept living space seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere perfect for gatherings.
• Three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bottom Floor (Rustic Design):
• Two game rooms with pool, shuffleboard, card table, and cinema area.
• Three additional bedrooms.
• Glass door access to the back patio and hot tub.

Top Floor (Rustic Design):
• A versatile open entertainment area.
• Two semi-private nooks on either side provide three more cozy beds.

The driveway can accommodate 8 cars. The Greenwood Acres community does not allow street parking.
The Greenwood Acres community strictly forbids all fireworks and discharge of firearms. It allows reasonable noises at 8AM and must cease by 9PM.
A valid PA fishing license is required to fish. Life jackets are required to use the lake. Glass and alcohol are prohibited in common areas.

Excellent Weekend at this new home

We had a group of 12 friends go and spend the weekend at this house. Between the nice game room set up, outdoor deck, hot tub, and fire pit everything was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. With 12 people there was still plenty of room for everyone to hang out and relax while also being able to be entertained by all the great features of this home. David, the manager was very thorough in making our stay aa stress free as possible and was always quickly answering any questions I had. From staying at other places using these booking services, he was by far the best with communication and accommodations. Thanks to him and this great house it really helped our group really enjoy our weekend in the Poconos. I will definitely be looking to stay here again for any future trips to the Poconos!

Great house

This house was very clean and well supplied with sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, hand soap, etc. Easy communication with the owner. It has a fun game room and is very close to Big Boulder. Would highly recommend.

Review

Very clean, beautiful home. Never received check in info with code to door. I had to call number on VRBO app and was told property manager would be in contact, however I was never contacted. Person on phone was able to get us into home though. Light above pool table does not work. Bears broke lock to trash can during our stay. The plug to the upstairs tub to be able to take a bath did not work. Overall good experience

Great Place.

The place was cookie cutterish, but overall very nice. Which mainly has to do with the fact it’s so new. It could use at least one more bathroom, if not two. If you take away the master bath, you’re left with two communal bathrooms for 6 bedrooms, potentially 16-18 people. The shuffleboard table is unplayable as well.

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful! The hot tub, the deck to have morning coffee and the game room was just what our group needed! The smell of the new wood upstairs and down stairs was wonderful! This house is new and the beds were very comfortable! Glad we picked this house!

Weekend trip

A group of us stayed at the cabin for a guy’s weekend. The house was great and very clean. Quiet area and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was super quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Reunion

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Host was very responsive. Clean, lots of sleeping space and hang out space. Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The listing says to bring your own towels and toiletries but there actually was towels, and soaps and toilet paper in the house, so we didnt need to buy as much as we did. The lake and playground are a 2 minute drive and great for kids. We really enjoyed it here

Amazing !

Had an amazing trip. House was brand new, spotless and ideal for all ages. The only issue we had was the nearby Lake that we had been supplied with wristbands for was contaminated, so we were u able to stay there . However we were able to find other State Parks about 20-30 min away with great hiking . Great restaurants as well, all about 20 min away as well . DD, Ahart Supermarket and Wawa all nearby. Highly recommend this house!

This home was beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice. We were here for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and this house was great. It had everything we needed for a terrific weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

30th Birthday

I spent my 30th Birthday here with some friends and It was exquisite! Everyone had so much fun and although it rained the pool table, shuffle board, and poker table kept us all busy for hours. The space was clean and newly renovated with a fully stocked spice cabinet (which is truly helpful when cooking for large group). Would 100% stay at this property again, my friends are still raving about it!

Large home with a backyard full of trees

We invited our entire team at our company to enjoy this home and everyone had a wonderful time relaxing at the Chalet after spending the day at Montage Montain! The property manager was attentive and communicative throughout our stay. The amenities were nice and the home was very clean. They provided towels and coffee which was unexpected. Highly recommend this home!

Exceeded Our Expectations

The home was lovely - even better than the pictures. The host and property manager responded promptly to all our questions and provided useful and well-timed emails with check-in and check-out information. We made good use of the downstairs gaming tables, the kitchen, and grille. And a few folks even took a dip in the hot tub. Everything worked well, was very clean, tidy and inviting. Don't forget to bring washcloths if you use them, and larger towels - otherwise everything you could need is right here and moments away from lots to do in the poconos!

Great experience! 1000/10 recommend!

This home was amazing to say the least! So much space, the game was the guys favorite. It felt like our very own man cave. The rooms were extremely comfortable and fit all 12 of us easily. The owners were easily accessible and friendly, even let us check in earlier and when we checked out a few of use left our coats by accident and they had no problem letting us go skiing and come back to get them without a problem. 10000/10 highly recommend!
