Chalet Kupljenik lies in the middle of a meadow in a valley surrounded by forests and mighty mountains, offering a picture-perfect vacation opportunity. It overlooks the Alps and Lake Bled. In the front lawn, guests can socialize and dine together under the beautiful open sky, preparing meals in barbeque. There are deck chairs where one can sit peacefully and enjoy a romantic company or be by themselves, reading a book and enjoy the birds’ singing. Children can play in the lawn without a care in the world.

The house itself is furnished in a rustic style keeping in with its general setting. However, guests also have all the imaginable modern amenities at their disposal during their stay. The living room has a traditional furnace to keep the atmosphere warm and cozy, a sitting area and a dining area. The kitchen is separate and it too has a dining table. It is equipped with an american style coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer.

The three bedrooms are cozy and each one has a pair of single beds. Two of these bedrooms also open into balconies.

The castle terraces offer spectacular views of the lake, the island and the Julian Alps. Other interesting things to do are visiting the absolutely stunning Vintgar Gorge (24 minutes), churches and other such places. The Bled lake is good for swimming, taking a stroll, kayaking and paddle boating. Travelers are spoilt for choice when it comes to eating and drinking. One finds all sorts of eating places- from traditional to comfy, cheap and trendy- whatever be their taste. The cuisine is unique, heartwarming and not to forget, delicious. For amenities like shops, restaurants and supermarkets, one needs to drive to the town center which is about 3 kilometers.
