The house "Steuerbord" (nautical for "right") was built in 2020 to the latest standards. Spread over two floors and with approximately 101 square meters of living space, the living/dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms are located. The driveway provides space for two vehicles. A total of seven people can be accommodated in the house "Steuerbord." The wood-paved terrace faces south, allowing you to watch the sunrise over breakfast and the sunset over an evening barbecue. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and offer plenty of space. The bathroom on the ground floor has a sauna built into it, which can accommodate two to three people. The bathroom on the upper floor also has a washing machine.
