Heart of the Loire Castles, between the Loire and Cher. This cottage is the former home of the miller of our mill in Val d'Orquaire 18th century. Covering an area of ​​140 sqm is situated in a valley 4 km from Bléré and Chenonceau. Near the royal cities of Amboise 15 km, 25 km Loches. The nationally known Beauval Zoo is 25 km.

A lovely character property

A beautiful and spacious character house. Ideally located for exploration of the Loire Chateaux. Very peaceful and quiet. The host was very pleasant and helpful and easy to deal with.

Un très bon séjour pour la découverte des châteaux de la Loire

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans la région de Bléré et avons découvert le château de Chenonceau, le clos Lucé à Amboise qui a été notre visite préférée, le château de Blois et la maison de la magie. Nous avons aussi passé un superbe après midi à Loches. Le programme a plu à tout le monde, même aux ados.

Félicitations aux propriétaires qui ont fait de ce lieu un domaine de rêve.

Une semaine de copinade très appréciée. La maison est de rêve, restaurée avec goût et beaucoup de soins. Les jardins sont fleuris et les rosiers sont superbes. Quant à nos hôtes, ce sont des gens charmants, disponibles, qui nous ont fait partager l'histoire de cette belle demeure, ce moulin à eau toujours en fonctionnement grâce à leur amour pour ce lieu et son histoire. Je recommande fortement ce gîte qui par son emplacement géographique permet de visiter beaucoup de lieux, de châteaux sans faire trop de kilomètres. Françoise

accueil sympathique de la propriétaire qui nous présente sa maison, bien restaurée, facile à vivre pour 3 générations d'une même famille; à 4 km du bourg de Bléré dont nous avons apprécié les commerces alimentaires de qualité et à moins de 25 km de villes et grands sites touristiques superbes qui nous ont permis de réviser un peu de l'Histoire de France avec nos petits enfants .

Un gîte très agréable et très bien equipé
