This main-floor studio apartment is located in a Historical limestone house. The space is arranged into a living room and 2 sleeping areas There is a fully furnished kitchen for eating-in or it's only a quick walk to downtown restaurants. Quick 5-minute drive to Sample Gates and 7-minute drive to Memorial Stadium on IU Campus. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away!

Apartment is accessed through lobby with keypad entry door. This large studio apartment has high ceilings and tall windows. Front door opens into the living room with decorative historic fireplace with 65" smart TV mounted above, comfortable couch with pullout bed, and a shelf/desk for work area. Just off the living room is the sleeping area with King and Queen beds with curtain for separation/privacy and the walk-in closet contains an all-in-one washer/dryer. The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator and gas range. It is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay.

Parking is parallel street parking.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

Especially nice, well-supplied kitchen

We were in town to visit family for a week. This apartment suited our needs. Comfy beds, nice living room to lounge, work online or watch TV. We didn't cook there but the kitchen is well supplied with oven/stove, crock pot, waffle iron, nice coffee maker and keurig type set up. The host was accessible by text or phone when needed. We would consider staying there again.
