The unit has 1 king size bedroom, 1 queen in its own alcove, and the also have a pull out queen bid in the main area.. These carefully curated units boast 9-14 ft. ceilings, custom Amish Cabinetry, ceramic-tiled bathrooms, and custom doors and trim, offering a glimpse of the past with modern comforts.
Guest access
There is a shared deck on the rear of the building. Each unit will have a designated free parking spot which is same number as the unit. There will also be onsite parking in the paved lot except during business hours of 8AM thru 5PM .

The studio was very clean and updated. Parking was easy and not crowded at all. However, it is in a very busy, noisy area. If you are staying to get rest or a good night sleep, this is not a sound reduction space. It is also next to the homeless park and there were a few instances where we had to sit in the car and wait for particular individuals to pass so we could feel safe to enter the apartment.

Wedding weekend

This was the perfect location and amenities for me to prepare desserts for a local wedding, when we were coming in from Northeast Indy. The owner allowed us to check in early to accommodate that schedule. Greatly appreciated the flexibility and communication. Clean w/ cute decor, and the water pressure in the master is awesome!! Didn’t try the other. Would definitely stay again
