When traveling, Sleep Inn is always a safe choice for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quiet area on top of a hill not far from the highway. It's centrally located to visit all the small towns for sight seeing. The breakfast was a little disappointing though. It has everything you need but the bacon, eggs, and sausage gravy is almost unbearable. Everything else was fine though. Waffles, biscuits, oatmeal, apples, yogurt etc. Also there are a couple of restaurants across the street that serves b,l and dinner. I'll be back again for sure because I found this excellent restaurant in Bristol upon leaving. Thanks Sleep Inn for a comfortable and affordable stay.

When we arrived there was a tour bus from Texas full of retirees the hotel clerk was handing out gift bags with water and snacks. Maybe you should have left those in there rooms or every guest receive a gift bag. I received our keys and walked the stairs with our bags to the 3 rd floor. The keys didn’t work, went back down stairs to find other people waiting to check in, the only clerk working took the airport shuttle to pick other guests. After waiting 30 minutes the hotel clerk was able to reconfigure our keys. Every time we left and came back our keys needed to be reconfigured.

Dirty floors, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Burnt plastic smell in the hallway. It is rough and the manager was terribly rude. Main desk person was delightful.

Extremely dirty room, blood stains on the walls and on the sheets upon initial arrival, would appear to be spit stains, or some substances all over the wall. Checked out same night still can’t get a refund. They need to shut this place down. I’ve been searching for the GM‘s number so I can resolve my issues to no avail

Do NOT stay here!!! They canceled our reservation without any notice on a race weekend when all other hotels in the area were booked. We made this reservation months in advance and the man at the front desk was unbelievably rude. I absolutely do not recommend them!!!!
